I submitted a redemption for $700 on 4/1/26 with a turnaround time of 24-48 hours by debit card. On 4/4/26 I checked the status and it was still pending so I cancelled the redemption thinking I must have made some type of error and resubmitted via debit card again. As of 4/6/26 it’s still “pending” and I’ve tried at least five times in the past week to get in touch with support yet they haven’t responded. Today I looked back at my previous redemptions and found another one still in pending status from 3/9/26. Again I thought maybe I made some type of mistake so I cancelled the redemption and resubmitted it today. Now they owe me a total of $800 and I can’t get anyone to respond by email.
