I have been playing for Riversweeps through FB on the Juwa platform for over 5 years. March 11, 2025 I was burned for $370 if my winnings, I requested to cash out then I I received a notification on my device that I'm logged in on another device and it kicked me off. 15 mins later I received a message if I played down my winnings. I said y u asking me that I just requested to cash out. So I tried to log in and my password was incorrect. Right then I knew I got burned by the ppl I gave thousands of dollars to over the years. If I were to forget my password I have to hv them RESET it I can't it the player can't RESET it only the platforms admin is able to. They had someone log into my account and play off my $370 I had in my account. T was told by the attendant that they had told their boss she had a large cash out over $500 2 times. She told me herself she seen my winnings but when she was going to pay me it was zero. I told her I never requested to cash out $500 she said she saw over $1100 in my account then it was gone. They changed my password and cashed out my winnings and tried to tell me I played down my winnings. I told them it's logged that I didn't play my winnings down that they cashed it out. I told them to do the right thing and just pay me what I had they can keep the rest I just wanted my winnings but they refused. I have more screenshots of the conversation.
