I am currently waiting on support@elegantspins.com response to my withdrawal denial.i was denied on the basis of having multiple accounts.this is not true.i only have one account period.chat guy Harry said I have additional accounts on this IP.its my phone,no one else uses it.this casino is my latest addition.i signed up January 26th,used the free spins and hit for a bonus of 20 something bucks,I couldn't withdraw until I had deposited so I did that and then did the playthrough and came out even further ahead and plenty to withdraw.ill update this post when I get closure.

Don't do it.they won't pay your winnings.i gamble everywhere,it's a problem.i don't have multiple accounts however.i use the same info everywhere.they won't pay 150 bucks that was legit.its a scam.i put in 35 deposit.so that's only 115 bucks of loss to them.
