I got completely scammed by 22bet!
A bit of an overview, I just used the platform on May 30 and deposited money and was able to play the live casino for 1 day. After losing alot of money and then depositing more money, my account was frozen and I was not able to play the games nor withdraw my money due to account verification of documents according to the security team.
Since then, I have provided the security department with the requested documents but after submitting all the requirements they kept asking to send in all different formats form pdf, jpg, uncompressed, etc in which I resent and complied.
The problem seems that whatever format they ask in which I send they will send back an email reply to send again in another format and to the point it went back to resending my documents again like it was an automated generated reply email and to no avail and no resolution.
My account has been unusable for 5 weeks already where I have P20,766.24 in the account. This has been more than inconvenience and has been very frustrating and stressful. A nightmare of an experience!
I sent my concerns to all of their email addresses for assistance as well as their chat support but they all give the same default / robot like answer.
Documents submitted:
- Valid Philippine Passport
- Valid Philippine Drivers License
- 2 Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard)
- Bank Statement
WHAT A SCAM!
To which authorities can I file a formal complaint against them? Any advice please?

Una breve panoramica. Ho utilizzato la piattaforma il 30 maggio, ho depositato denaro e ho potuto giocare al casinò dal vivo per 1 giorno. Dopo aver perso molti soldi e averne depositato altri, il mio conto è stato congelato e non ho potuto giocare né ritirare i miei soldi a causa della verifica dei documenti del conto secondo il team di sicurezza.

Il problema sembra che qualunque sia il formato che chiedono in cui invio, invieranno una risposta via email per inviarla di nuovo in un altro formato e al punto che è tornato a inviare nuovamente i miei documenti come se fosse un'email di risposta generata automaticamente e senza alcun risultato e nessuna risoluzione.
Il mio account è inutilizzabile già da 5 settimane e ho P20.766,24 nell'account. Questo è stato più che un inconveniente ed è stato molto frustrante e stressante. Un'esperienza da incubo!
