I have looked into the coupon which you attempted to redeem and you correct in stating that the coupon code was correct. However, the reason why you were not able to redeem the coupon is due to it being a coupon code that is exclusive to another site. Having said this I see that the call center went ahead and rewarded you with another $25 free chip.
Regarding the time taken to respond to you via live help, I will be taking this matter up with the call Center Manager and will make sure to get to the bottom of this.
