Pulsz owes me $1200 and they refuse to pay it. They want me to send them a bank statement that has my Apple Pay number listed on my bank statement or they won't pay me. I've tried numerous times to explain that the bank statement does not have my Apple Pay number on it so they won't pay me. I keep sending emails asking how to redeem my money and all they will send back as a customer satisfaction survey. They had no problem taking over $1000 in the last two weeks from my bank account and they made two smaller deposits but now that I've won a bigger amount of money they are giving me the runaround and refuse to pay it.

- Based on Pulsz’s T&C, they have the right to request verification documents before processing withdrawals. If your bank statement does not display your Apple Pay number and they insist on it, have they mentioned any alternative verification method? Or have you tried to request a different verification method from support?
- Did you use Sweepstakes Coins or Gold Coins for this win?
- Did you use the same Apple Pay account for both deposits and withdrawals?
