Hello, I have requested a withdrawal >the link has been removed< of money from on 15/07/2020 through a visa. 5 days have passed but I did not see any movement in my bank account. I have the registration number of the withdrawal request (reference number: 2689716). I contacted my bank specifically with the card department and they told me that no money has been deposited in my account. Can you help me?
