First time playing at this casino and having a terrible experience. So, end of July I started playing here, I was playing Roulette and Craps, it was taking me a while since I had to make a lot of bets in order to complete the wagering requirement for my bonus. But, well, I was not given a chance to get over that. On 7th of August I got an email that informed me that my account was blocked and they kindly would return my deposit. So, I did not get any explanation when they will be done with the investigation, what will happen with the money, nothing…. So, i asked them via email and got no response… For me this is just a very irritating situation - I am playing in the casino and then all of the sudden I get the email that for the reason they won't even tell me my account is blocked. What is going on? How can this even happen???

Just a quick update. The casino just let us know that they are investigating your case and they'll come back to us with an answer next week. Hope it will be sorted as they promised.

Since we never get the reply from the casino although we sent them several reminders, we're going to consider this case as UNRESOLVED.
