The will steal your money, bet will not be settled properly and I managed to take screenshots and share with them. Even Evolution gaming confirmed about a bet of 8000 was a win and was settled correctly by their system and they said I must connect with casino customer care to resolve. I contacted them number of times showing the issue, whilst they accepted their mistake afterall, but keep saying it will take some time and never define how much time. It has been over 3 days already and there customer care is useless.
Also they do not honour the withdrawal time mentioned on their website either, as per their website they say instant withdrawals and Max time of 3 hours only. But every time users requests withdrawals they delay those in name of technical issues at their end and never explain what happened and then they keep returning money back to casino balance again and again. Customer is left with not getting their withdrawals. They are thieves and should be banned.
