Deposited i think 20 or so via a freecash.com offer requirement, played well over playthru. rejected redeem for months, no real support, eventually month later (after harassing support chat daily and being shrugged off) was told i was given 1sc as a promotional level bonus or smth? I never played since that 1$ was forced onto my account, didnt want it just wanted to cashout, played thru around 200 or so and got balance up to 1k. Rejection after recjection. Was awhile ago but ill attach screenshots etc i sent to casinoguru's to attempt to mediate for me. Ho depositato circa 20$ tramite un'offerta richiesta su freecash.com, ho giocato ben oltre il limite di playthru. Ho rifiutato il riscatto per mesi, nessun supporto reale, alla fine un mese dopo (dopo aver infastidito la chat di supporto ogni giorno ed essere stato ignorato) mi è stato detto che mi era stato dato 1 scellino come bonus promozionale o qualcosa del genere? Non ho mai giocato da quando quel 1$ è stato imposto sul mio conto, non lo volevo, volevo solo incassare, ho giocato circa 200$ e ho portato il saldo a 1k. Rifiuto dopo rifiuto. È successo un po' di tempo fa, ma allego screenshot ecc. che ho inviato a casinoguru per cercare di mediare per me.
