I am on my second withdrawal at PH Casino...but they have the worst customer service I have ever seen on any online casino site. The first withdrawal I did via bitcoin took almost 10 days to go through when it clearly says a minute up to 24 hours on their site. Now here I am waiting on day 7 of my second withdrawal I am still waiting for...and once again their customer support is mia. It is really annoying that they don't stick to their timeframes for payouts. I currently have two withdrawals pending that both need to be processed but their support never responds so it's frustrating. Anyone know how to make them respond and give me an update?

Sorry to hear that, Bruce Lee. You're not the only one who's waiting for the cashout. Unfortunately, the casino informed us that they have some issues with their payment processor. They also informed us that it has been sorted out. Not sure why these delays again. Please private message me your casino username so we can notify them.

My advice is once you get paid out dont go back there, if you withdraw too much they will just ban your account.

Yea, I did a second withdrawal after I the first one. I don't know what the issue is, but they pay out slow. They do pay...but its really slow. It says it takes up to 24 hours for cryptocurrency withdrawals, but that is hardly the case. Anyone that plays here....you'll get paid....but it can take up to 2 weeks. Also, their customer service responds only once a week or hardly at all.
