Have you tried to contact their support again regarding the redeeming of your comps? It is probably the same problem as last time. As they explained to me last time you were blocked and they had to unblock you manually you were unable to do so on you own.
Please try to contact them again and I'm sure they'll be able to help you.

Hai provato a contattare nuovamente il loro supporto per quanto riguarda il riscatto dei tuoi comp? Probabilmente è lo stesso problema dell'ultima volta. Come mi hanno spiegato l'ultima volta che sei stato bloccato e hanno dovuto sbloccarti manualmente, non potevi farlo da solo.
Prova a contattarli di nuovo e sono sicuro che saranno in grado di aiutarti.
Facci sapere ovviamente quando avrai qualche informazione da loro.

I just got off the chat and asked support to redeem my $367 comps. They did, no problems. I now see I was mistaken when I wrote 'Banned' from comps. Looks like I'm banned from promos only, just need to have them redeem comps for me.

My only knock is the withdraw time frame [anywhere from 2-3 weeks, depending on I don't know what.
