I registered an account with Betsolo only to find I was unable to download any of the slot games. I contacted customer service to be told that UK residents are not allowed to register, even though, UK came up on their registration page, apparently this was a mistake.
I asked for my deposit to be returned and gave my bank details a few weeks ago, I have heard nothing at all since,
My last email was 2 days ago reminding them that they had my details but no response has been received since.
Any advice would be appreciated.
