We did inform the player the wagering is only in real money, he lost his real money balance this is why the wagering stopped on counting for the release.
He deposited 23 usd.
So there is nothing which is wrong with this player, it’s only that he can not withdraw his bonus balance without meeting the wagering which is done with real money.
