Hello, I am withdrawing funds from Lionslots casino and asked in the chat if it was possible to withdraw my winnings + the amount of the deposit, and everything was ok in the chat , but the the withdrawal amount was canceled and asked to be withdraw again (only winnings without deposit amount), it was not possible to contact the chat seems noone there , well, if this post was correctly posted here ,anyway i hope that it will speed up the withdrawal

"Thank you for requesting our feedback.
The player had claimed their free sign-up bonus and won $100 which carries a maximum cash out restriction of $100 only. Thereafter, the player proceeded to deposit $25 on their $100 free spin balance. The $25 verification deposit was wagered once through and the player had initiated a further $125. Upon querying this with our helpdesk the player was advised to proceed with their withdrawal however, the amount was not confirmed as this is only done by the finance team upon reviewing the account and gameplay (this can be viewed on the screenshot provided by the player).
Once the finance team had proceeded with a thorough review, it was found that the player’s win had originated from their sign-up free bonus which carries a maximum cash out restriction of $100 of which the player was advised via email correspondence. Had the player won off his clean verification deposit, he would have been able to withdraw all the winnings which originated from it.
Please refer to the following Terms and Conditions which may be found on our site:
(General Terms and Conditions) “31. A minimum verification deposit of $25 will have to be made and wagered at least once through before a withdrawal can be paid to you.”
