About 3-5 days ago I made 2 transactions of 120 Trx each. (240 total) they were never credited to my account because of an "issue with service provider." However I was advised that the problem was gonna last 6 hours. I'm going in day 4 or 5 now of no credits added. They refuse to tell me why even though people in chat are talking about withdrawals and deposits working just fine. I was communicating with them through email when all of a sudden they stopped responding. They have blocked me from Telegram support. They have permanently banned me from speaking in game chat and they went ghost. I have not heard from them since yesterday and they are pretty fast at responding normally. My account still has not been credited and they won't send me my money back. I got a bit frustrated and sent them a few emails of me ripping into them and threatening to report them and they still have not credited my account or responding. I want my money. I want my account credited and these bans removed. I've done nothing to be banned from support or their game chat. It all just seems a little weird. Their mods for the chat are going around telling people everything is fine but yet there's a few of us who have never gotten our deposits kr withdrawals.. please help.

They actually just responded to me and credited my account after the fact I sent them a screenshot of my complaint... y'all must be serious about it if they all of a sudden just funded my account..
