I have made a withdraw at Jackpotvilla.com on 9th October 2020 for £1100 - I still haven't received this money. I have been on their online chat many times and they just tell me I'll get the money 'soon'. I've tried emailing their support but they never reply. Any assistance you can offer would be much appreciated.

No further update I'm afraid. Still not received my withdrawal, amd javent heard anything from them. Thanks for contacting them for me though, much appreciated.
