The Customer Service is non existent because I have not received any responses to my questions or issues since 2014 and that is no joke. No response about my missing bitcoin deposit after their website error then disconnecting me while sending deposit but they did receive it anyway.

Ive been a player there for several years, ive never had problems with them, im NOT support OBVIOUSLY, but cant you get throough to live chat? even if they cant fix your problem they should be able to point you in the right direction or give you the steps to follow, also CALL them. now i CANT say im too familiar with bitcoin because honestly that confuses me.. but theyve always been so helpful to me and theyre almost always availabe (only live chat goes off once in a while) but i would call them, im sorry ur having that trouble! they are one of my top casinos that ive trusted for years
