Hello. I registered with this casino from LBC some time ago and have deposited and withdrawn small amounts several times. However, they've been giving me trouble with the last two withdrawal attempts. The first two times I could understand it, as I should have read the bonus terms and conditions more carefully. Although I've never seen such a rule in any other casino. Now, two days ago, I deposited again and won a bit more. They rejected my withdrawal and said I need to KYC verification. I tried uploading my documents to the verification section about five times, but I kept getting an error message. Then I contacted support via email, explaining the situation with screenshots of the error message and attaching my documents. But I haven't received a reply. Then I requested another withdrawal. It was rejected again. Now I've tried requesting a withdrawal again, but the cashier section says I don't have any available funds for a withdrawal. But my balance is still there in the casino section. Please help, as it seems to me they simply don't want to pay out. Thank you in advance ❤️
