Goldbet - Nessun problema di pagamento

Выиграл в казино Goldbet 104$ и не могу их вывести,прошло 3 дня. Сначала отменили заявку на вывод и запросили верификацию,я прошел её через онлайн сервис Veriff , прошли сутки - но аккаунт так и не верифицировали,поддержка игнорирует.

Я использовал ВПН при игре,ранее поддержка мне сообщила,что это не запрещено. В чате поддержки отвечают дежурными фразами,я так понимаю это бот. 

I used a VPN while playing, and support had previously told me it wasn't prohibited. The support chat is responding with generic phrases, so I assume it's a bot.
