today, like every day for over a month, I used NLH on ggpoker. during a tournament for which I got a free ticket, I was in third place in the middle of the tournament. Suddenly I was logged out, when I tried to log in again, I was shown a message that my account was blocked. After a few hours, I received the following information:

This is to inform you that we have completed the investigation of your account, and come to a conclusion that you have violated section 5. MULTI ACCOUNTING and 16. PREDATORY BEHAVIOR of our Security & Ecology Policy.
Consequently, we decided to close your account, and permanently ban you from GGPoker Network and confiscate the funds.
Finally, should we discover that you created and/or played on any new or pre-existing accounts on GGPoker Network, we will proceed to permanently close these accounts and confiscate any funds held therein.

This is some nonsense, I only have one account on your servers and no other. so what kind of multi-accounting are they talking about? please give me some evidence or explanation. I have never played on more than one account, no with anyone I know. Never. it's not about the funds but about the fact that I was wrongly accused of fraud. Can the fact that I use a vpn have any bearing on your diagnosis? is this some kind of mistake please help. They write about 16 predatory…about exploits, for today i dont know what is this…
