I deposited into this casino, $500!
I read reviews and everything seemed okay, I ended up having a win and withdrew $1200. They declined my withdrawal saying I hadn’t completed verification which was a quick upload of ID and a selfie… I uploaded but the links DO NOT WORK, it’s impossible to upload the photos to their site and get verified, I spoke to support who spoke in Russian and I had to translate, they told me to email the security team.. I did that and had no response. Afterwards my withdrawal was just gone. I’ve tried reaching out and all I’ve had in Return is that I am not verified but no one will help me get verified.
I’ve since done more research and they operate without a license. I’d love if there were a way to get my deposit back but I’m highly doubtful of that.
I at least would like others to know not to fall for the same scam casino.
They should be shut down.

Mi hanno rifiutato il prelievo dicendo che non avevo completato la verifica, che consisteva nel caricare velocemente un documento d'identità e un selfie... Ho caricato le foto, ma i link NON FUNZIONANO, è impossibile caricare le foto sul loro sito e ottenere la verifica. Ho parlato con l'assistenza clienti che parlava russo e ho dovuto tradurre, mi hanno detto di inviare un'email al team di sicurezza... L'ho fatto ma non ho ricevuto risposta.
