Hope this is the right forum, requesting help in ridiculous denials and put offs by club player casino. I won 800 usd in Feb and sent off my id and claims. After being requested to send it to 3 diff depts including the manager, finally was told i had only requested withdrawal and sent the paperwork on march 19th.
During this time I have over a dozen automated messages with tracking number, always saying they will contact within 1 business day. Ludicrous as it is now April. I have been on live chat so many times, including "right I will show this to the manager,come back in 30 mins, rest assured , your money is on its way, only to be put off by the new chat person who will tell me "its all in the terms and conditions?? on the 3rd request to call back in 30 mins, I didn't bother and sent yet another email off with the usual lie of being contacted in 1 business day etc etc blah blah.
In dollars (which I am presuming they will sentd it as they made me deposit in usd) it is worth well over a thousand. I have never had this issue with anyone else, hoping you can assist? thanks
