I made a deposit at Cleo’s VIP Room on September 11th, 2018. My documents were sent in and approved the same day. I was told 5-12 business days to receive my cashout. On the 12th day, which was last Friday, I messaged live chat and was told they were having an issue with their bank and cashouts would be done early the following week. Which is this week. At the beginning of the week, I messaged for an update and was told the same hong. I asked to speak to a manager and was directed to email the manager. I did so on Monday. On Wednesday I messaged again to ask for an update and was told the same exact thing that I was told on Friday. I asked why the manager would not respond to me via email and was told this was out of their control and they could not do anything about it. I was directed to email again. I tried to call the phone number listed on the site and the phone continually rings but no one answers. As of today, I messaged live chat and the rep saw my messages as they said read but would not respond. Please help LCB!
