I won $20,000 SC on Chumba yesterday morning it was on a new game called pigs and pots. I got free bands then during the free bands I got the pick three and then handpicked and ended up with three ultras which was $20,000. It added it up then it finished with the free spins at the end it said ultra win then, it was taken directly right back out. I have attached my correspondence with them. I think this is ridiculous it will not let me send the rest of my replies. I will send them on the next reply, maybe

Please note that without a screenshot or video of the actual gameplay showing the win result in real time, there is unfortunately very limited action that can be taken in cases like this.
