I am wondering why lately i have so much complaints about casinos.
I checked the new casino : Casinovo.
Maybe because I thought if i can deposit with skrill means that i can withdraw to my skrill.
but that's not the case.
I won about 60 bucks but there is only wire transfer with FEES for NON-EU Banks.
just to let forum members to know about this so that noone will get into this situation

I'm really sorry that you found yourself in this situation at Casinovo.
We are currently in the process of integrating Skrill and Neteller for payouts. It should be fully ready in a couple of weeks. I agree that in the meantime, it's definitely not convenient for non-European players and I apologize.
If in 2 weeks you still can't see Skrill available for withdrawals, please contact me directly (I'll send you my private email address).

Mi dispiace davvero che ti sia trovato in questa situazione su Casinovo.
Attualmente stiamo integrando Skrill e Neteller per i pagamenti. Dovrebbe essere completamente pronto nel giro di un paio di settimane. Sono d'accordo che intanto non conviene sicuramente ai giocatori extraeuropei e me ne scuso.
Se tra 2 settimane non riesci ancora a vedere Skrill disponibile per i prelievi, contattami direttamente (ti invierò il mio indirizzo email privato).

Casinovo is undergoing a major change regarding the design, the payment and withdrawal methods as well as regarding our game portfolio; therefore our developer team does its best to make all these changes happen this month but it's difficult to give an exact time frame.

although they could of / should of done that initially , instead of making you wait.
Hopefully they will implement these two e-wallets soon.

Yes I totally agree and apologize to Anfransen again. We are a bit late with the integration of the new withdrawal methods and thought it would have been ready. Processing the payouts manually are complicated in terms of traceability (but that is our problem ).
These two e-wallets will be ready SOON for payouts, as well as other methods.
Again, sorry about that (you should find a little bonus in your wallet ).
