Upon reviewing your account, please note that these are our findings:
According to our Terms and Conditions point 1.3, players from Poland are not eligible for free credits/bonuses. The agent inadvertently credited the free credits to your account. You did not make a deposit at our Casino and it is correct that you won after playing the free credits. You requested to withdraw the winnings from free credits and this request was not approved. The winnings were removed from your account, due to not being eligible to receive the free credits in the first place.
The reason the other player was approved the withdrawal is that he deposited. In good faith, we returned his funds. This was an exception was made.
Please note that it is industry standard that you cannot withdraw funds from winnings unless you make a deposit. This is stated in our Terms and Conditions point 4.8
