Ok so I used the Claim50 bonus which is supposed to be $50.00 free to gamble, max cash out is also $50.00 once play thru is met. I ended up getting up to $745.04 when all of sudden my balance went from $745.04 to $0.04 instantly from one spin to the next I was only betting $1.00. So I tried to contact live chat customer support it was Impossible. So I sent an email asking what happened. Apparently they have something called "coupon reversal" when you hit the max cashout it instantly takes anything over the $50.00 back which makes no sense i mean I was still gambling. But in my case they took all but .04 cents. They didn't even leave me with the $50.00 that I was entitled to, when I mentioned that they made it seem like I just played that money which I absolutely had not. The person I exchanged emails with was extremely rude for no reason. Bonusblitz is a scam!
