Roughly a week ago i won some money at this casino (26/05).
After uploading my ID / Bank statement & proof of address i got an email i was fully verified and that i might need to upload some more KYC documents.
So far so good.
After a day i received an email that i had to upload a photo of me holding my ID.
Received an email that it was completed.
After a few days i received a new request to upload my subscription to my phone.
Now more then 48 hours have passed again ( And they have a 48 hours withdrawal time )
I feel like they are trying to stretch this as much as possible to make you gamble your winnings ( Which worked because out of the 1700 i now have a 1000 left ).
Edit : One positive from this casino is that even though the support hours are not great, the agents are kind and helpful.

Modifica: un aspetto positivo di questo casinò è che, anche se gli orari di supporto non sono eccezionali, gli agenti sono gentili e disponibili.
