I have deposited and withdrew over 10 times to my Betus account. As far as KYC, I have verified my license, picture w/ID, and utility bill. I called customer service at betus and spoke with a gentleman who I verified my account information with. That's where everything started to get weird. The gentleman asked me to download Zoom on my phone which I did and then proceeded to have me turn on the camera and have me hold up my license, I obliged. He then asked me about my bets I recently placed- I have to admit that I am a bit of a gambling girl and had taken an international hockey game over and international basketball game over (I was bored and traveling so yes, I'm a little bit of a weirdo but I have a lot of money so that's my business- I think I lost both bets). I, of course had the website open so while I was on the Zoom/phone I was telling him the 2 bets I placed that day. He immediately said, "You didn't place these bets. You're reading off your betslip!" Huh? Of course I was reading off my betslip, I didn't even know how to pronounce the names! I have to admit that I was startled and a little nervous based on the accusation that just took place. Why would he say that? Because I am a woman? I follow sports very closely and since I work with numbers I learned about gambling from my father and studied it. I am a very successful business woman- sometimes I'm successful at gambling and sometimes I'm not. In this case I have $4800 in my account (I recently deposited $1000 BTC). He made a comment about a bad connection with my phone and I immediately asked if I could call back, he agreed and I did immediately. Again, he continued to badger me about the fact that "Somebody else was gambling for me." Thanks a lot sir. I know I am a woman but didn't know that disqualified me from gambling on their site. They now have turned off live wagering and only tell me "they are investigating."
Can you please help me simply get my money out? This is theft.
