I have a problem with Avantgarde casino.I won 400 euros and i am eligible to receive 100 but they dont pay me because they say I used more than 5 free chips.They sent me email many times and they were telling me we want to help you to win so we add a chip for you .I said to them that you sent me email to help me win so i dont break the rules you break the rules because you sent misinterpretation emails . I got one answer from finacne telling me the above and that i cant withdraw so I want your help to find a solution with purpose to let me withdraw.

I had the exact same issue with this casino.. nowhere in the terms and conditions of the free chip does it say you cannot withdraw the winnings if this is not your first one claimed but once I tried to withdraw they just shut me down and won't let me withdraw winnings even with a deposit. Not right. I won't play there anymore.
Ho avuto lo stesso identico problema con questo casinò... da nessuna parte nei termini e nelle condizioni del chip gratuito si dice che non puoi ritirare le vincite se questa non è la prima richiesta, ma una volta che ho provato a ritirare mi hanno semplicemente bloccato e ho vinto non permettermi di ritirare le vincite anche con un deposito. Non giusto. Non giocherò più lì.
