    @mouche12, yes they asked same to me after registering in order to complete the process. i logged into neteller and clicked account-security code recovery. neteller emails a automatic response of the 6 digit code.

    i entered it and i was registered but, the 5 free was not added for me as i stated above.
    (if you have received signup at sincasinos sister casinos, than your not eligible for another signup at their others)
