I sent an email to go casino letting them know how long the wait was to collect a bonus. I also mentioned that they should include whether or not you have to be a depositor so that people such as myself don't waist their time. Let's see what happens.

I got $15 on each. The wait was ridiculous, as always, even on the phone.
Sadly, customer service has gone downhill.
