Here is what I figured out. You have to go into bonuses and then put the code in the coupon code box at the bottom and then hit confirm, a box will come up and you have to hit activate. Then you have to click on coupons (right hand side where the menu is) it will show the coupons you have claimed. Go to the right side to the check mark and click on that to activate, the amount will then appear in your balance. This is how I finally did it anyway. The problem I have is every time I play slots I get one spin and then a box pops up and says error: connection to server has closed.

I don't really know about the play through rules but while i was playing, message popped out saying congratulating that i won real money of $78.15 from playing slot machines..i could only play two slot games (couldn't download any other games somehow) so thought i should UN install it and start all over again but when i tried to go to their website it didn't let me. I could not download any games or go to their web

You should do a system restore on your computer. Set the date for the date you were playing, and it should restore it back to where it was when you were playing with the $78.15 in it. I have had to do a couple system restores myself.
