I also signed up via the link given. When I had not received the bonus I contacted support and was told
I am sorry this account is not located in the eligibility list for this promotion.
In other words you would have had to be selected for this promotion via email or phone by the casino for them to honor it. They have a listing of what accounts are eligible at least that is what support told me.
And I am not eligible.

Just logged in and found my 10.00 had been credited. When I talked to support yesterday they told me I had to login for 1/2 hour and log out and log in again and the credit of 10.00 would be there. I follow their instructions but nothing heappened. So I though I'd check again and sure enough it was there. Good luck everyone
