Well, I had complied with the terms for the 30$ boner per support and am still waiting. I have checked back 5 times or so and they always say that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. I have been waiting several days. The 2nd chat host said I should get it the next morning which was yesterday and so did the prior host who said the same thing for the prior morning. Still nada.
The hosts are very courteous but it seems when they dint have an answer, they tell you what you want to hear or issue a new trouble ticket in which always results in "we appreciate your loyalty.......but we can not accommodate that measly 5% match comp you requested after losing over $400 the last few days at our casino.....we can offer you a 10% match on your next deposit. Oh and happy birthday!...."
...no that's what their emails really mean. Oh well, the casino is fantastic, but if you are looking for freebies, go to COOLCAT...lol! :'(
Just an FYI - they are sisters with Sportsbook.com. Love that casino. Not very generous with the reloads or comps, no matter how frequent you deposit, but has a great variety.

Solo per tua informazione: sono sorelle di Sportsbook.com. Adoro quel casinò. Non molto generoso con le ricariche o i comps, non importa quanto frequentemente depositi, ma ha una grande varietà.
