There were two exclusive NDB's included in the LCB newsletter I received today, one for 'Cherry Gold' and one for 'Freespin'. They both say "automatic bonus" under the code heading, which would lead me to believe no code is needed. I already play at Cherry Gold, but figured I'd do a little more research on Freespin as I downloaded it from the link in the newsletter. All I can say is, there isn't a whole lot of information out there on this casino, not to mention the little I could find, no mention of any such NDB. I was expecting the link to take me to an LCB affiliated page when it is to be dl'd from. I dl'd the casino, and to no surprise....no $25 "automatic bonus".
I didn't contact support because it seems that most times, they have no idea, especially when it comes to affiliate exclusive bonus. Any information out there floating around? I certainly couldn't find anything, and FYI, I found out searching 'freespin' in a gaming forum gets you nowhere fast

The casino rep got back to me:
There was a server interruption and the bonuses weren't credited.
All the customers should have now received the bonus in their accounts
Apologies for the inconvenience LCB'ers you know we like things to run smoothly here, we wouldnt want the ND to not work... what a pain.
Anyways let me know how you all go.

i just used the " claim " button sent to me in the newsletter and no bonus. And i have never played there before so completly eligible
