so that you can't use more then one free chip at a time
If you are a new player, never using any codes it will work

i agree with this one. i DL Simon Says Casino and on the "claim promotion" page there were two N/D bonuses. (1)$20 and (2)$75 i clicked on the (1) bonus and lost within 15 min. I went back to the cashiers page, and * POOF! * it had disappeared.

As long as you don't take a bonus, then yes they will give you one. However, it doesn't work at Manhattan slots or Allstar slots with or without a bonus! At least not for me!

I got that message too, but when I tried to redeem, it said coupon already redeemed. I contacted live support and he told me that it was system error for sending out the email.
