When the Vegas Partner Lounge group migrated US players to the new software, all of our old accounts actually did merged to Casino Us...and eventually you will have to pick one that you would like to keep.
With your account numbers(all) at Casino Us will log you in.
I also talked to the support yesterday and found out that only one account will receive this 50 free spins. So I had 4 of their accounts but was asked to choose one only, picked Casino Us account which I decided to keep it.I do not know why they asked you to send them your personal information but that must be their new rule since I have cashed out my winnings and never had to send them anything. Spade...I think she meant to explain why they sent out two emails regarding free spins...the first one was for free spins on Cashville and the second indicates that they have made a mistake, knowing US players can't play that game, some of us(me) sent them an email, got the spins on Break da bank again but not everyone did...so they gave out more free spins on different game...
