Despite they are mostly low budget, those movies are example compared to what is filmed last years. I really enjoyed Romero's movies when i was a kid.
Nonostante siano per lo più a basso budget, questi film sono un esempio rispetto a quanto girato negli ultimi anni. Mi piacevano molto i film di Romero quando ero bambino.

I always remember one scene in particular (the name of the film escapes me) - the zombies had eaten all the cops and after they had finished them off, they got into one of the police cars and said in to the radio in a very zombie like way "Send more cops". At this point, I just burst out laughing as it really did tickle my sense of humour. It may have been night of the living dead or a similar film.
blueRicordo sempre una scena in particolare (mi sfugge il nome del film): gli zombie avevano mangiato tutti i poliziotti e dopo averli finiti, salirono su una delle auto della polizia e dissero alla radio in tono molto zombie come il modo "Invia più poliziotti". A questo punto, sono scoppiato a ridere perché ha davvero solleticato il mio senso dell'umorismo. Potrebbe essere stato La notte dei morti viventi o un film simile.

I still think World War Z is one of the best "serious" zombie flicks in recent memory. Although I do love the cheesy humorous ones. Of course, "Zombieland" with Woody Harrelson is also one of my favs. Haven't seen the sequel but it's on my list......guess I have time to watch it now....LOL.
Penso ancora che World War Z sia uno dei migliori film di zombi "seri" degli ultimi tempi. Anche se adoro quelli umoristici e scadenti. Naturalmente, anche "Zombieland" con Woody Harrelson è uno dei miei preferiti. Non ho visto il seguito ma è sulla mia lista... credo di avere tempo per guardarlo adesso... LOL.

Fast ones are scary as hell. Dawn of the dead from 2004 was a fine example. Then theres 28 days and 28 weeks later that work too. There are others perhaps but have not seen those. The thought of being there attacked by these is chilling.
Slow zombies aka. Classic zombies are moderately scary, they were that when i was a kid. But not these days though.
Progress and evolution of the genre is a good thing. Next evolutionary leap will be flying zombies or teleporting zombies? Haa haa!!
Zombie che corrono veloci contro quelli lenti
Quelli veloci fanno paura da morire. Dawn of the dead del 2004 è stato un ottimo esempio. Poi ci sono anche 28 giorni e 28 settimane dopo che funzionano. Ce ne sono altri forse ma non li ho visti. Il pensiero di essere lì attaccati da questi è agghiacciante.
Zombie lenti, ovvero. Gli zombi classici sono moderatamente spaventosi, lo erano quando ero bambino. Ma non di questi tempi però.
Il progresso e l'evoluzione del genere è una buona cosa. Il prossimo salto evolutivo sarà far volare gli zombi o teletrasportare gli zombi? Ahahah!!
