I would never ever answer or fill out anything sent in an email like that. If you have concerns call them on the phone, but do not give any info in these type of emails. Legitimate companies (credit cards, banks, etc.) do not send emails asking for information.

Taaa, I too have been receiving those emails and before I delete them, I forward them to rightful sites thinking they(paypal,netspend,) need to be aware of those in order to be alerted.
I've counted all free money I've been offered via email a day, just for fun while I was bored:

I agree with med 100%. This is nothing more then a scam. No one has got to your Pay Pal account. Not yet anyway. If you fill out the paperwork then they will have all the info they need.
Also if you are ever in doubt check the email address it comes from. It should be official address. Along with the Pay Pal logo on the email. If there is ever an issue with Pay Pal you will find the details of the problem directly at the site when you log in.
It's a nasty scam to steal from your account. I would send a copy of that email to Pay Pal and call them so they can be on alert of this scam. Because if it is happening to you there is many many others it's happening to too.

Inoltre, in caso di dubbi, controlla l'indirizzo email da cui proviene. Dovrebbe essere l'indirizzo ufficiale. Insieme al logo PayPal sull'e-mail. Se si verifica un problema con Pay Pal troverai i dettagli del problema direttamente sul sito quando effettui l'accesso.
È una brutta truffa rubare dal tuo account. Vorrei inviare una copia di quell'e-mail a Pay Pal e chiamarli in modo che possano essere avvisati di questa truffa. Perché se sta succedendo a te, sta succedendo anche a molti, molti altri.

I logged in to netspend and paypal and there's no messages, alerts, issues at all, so these are absolutely scammers. I will try to report them to paypal and netspend when I have time. Darn, I'm mad, just thinking about many innocent people will be victimized by these emails, but what else can I do.grazie a tutti,

I have personally received email from two of the companies I have store credit cards with that admit this happened and give departments to contact within their companies if you have further questions.
They do not include your information in these emails, nor do they ask you for your information to be sent in via email. Personalmente ho ricevuto e-mail da due delle società con cui ho carte di credito in negozio che ammettono che ciò è accaduto e danno ai dipartimenti da contattare all'interno delle loro società in caso di ulteriori domande.
Non includono le tue informazioni in queste e-mail, né ti chiedono che le tue informazioni vengano inviate via e-mail. Minimizzano un po' la situazione, come per non causare panico... ma provengono da negozi che tutti usiamo e in cui probabilmente facciamo acquisti regolarmente!
