Was just flipping the channels and found St. Elmo's Fire was on. Great movie, but sure is weird to see all those young adults smoking in it. Made in 1985.

I remember Roy Schnider in the jaws films. He chain smoked so much, Lou Gosset and the female co star once did a scene where he came up to them and they turned around with cigaretts in their mouths. He cracked up laughing.
Ricordo Roy Schnider nei film Lo Squalo. Fumava così tanto che Lou Gosset e la co-protagonista una volta fecero una scena in cui lui si avvicinò a loro e loro si voltarono con la sigaretta in bocca. Scoppiò a ridere.

*Duh* Nevermind... I was thinking of The Breakfast Club.
Remember when there was smoking in the back few rows of an airplane? I miss that but have to say... Like the smoke didn't waft to the row in front of the 'smoking section' or the entire plane for that matter.

Ricordi quando si fumava nelle ultime file di un aereo? Mi manca, ma devo dirlo... Come se il fumo non si diffondesse nella fila davanti alla "sezione fumatori" o nell'intero aereo. -

Yes gabby I remember smoking on airplanes. Got pretty smoky in there.
I hate to admit this, but I remember smoking in a hospital room while visiting a patient. It is almost unbelievable to think we did that and it was allowed. However, it was many, many years ago before smoking was "bad" for you.

Even if you are a smoker your'e so brain washed to think it is wrong. I love all the really old movies and i swear everyone of those actors smoke in it. But what is hilarious today is if someone has a smoking scene and they can't even inhale. I am like why bother ya look so silly!

Anche se sei un fumatore ti è stato fatto il lavaggio del cervello al punto da pensare che sia sbagliato. Adoro tutti i film davvero vecchi e giuro che tutti quegli attori ci fumano. Ma ciò che è divertente oggi è se qualcuno ha una scena in cui si fuma e non riesce nemmeno a inalare. Mi chiedo perché ti preoccupi di sembrare così sciocco!
