This is just in general and a curiosity thing. When I get emails that Winaday offers you a "FREEBIE" they now say you have to have made at least one deposit...it's not clear to me if they mean if you have ever deposited(which I have and a lot) but do they mean with in a certain time frame.....example last 30 days. Also when you get your VIP Freebie can you withdraw on that if you haven't deposited for a couple months??? I appreciate anyone who can clarify for me...I would ask Winaday but they are just so busy I don't want to bother them!!!

In my experience a deposit must been made inbetween a freebie, so if you did not make a deposit after your last freebie you are not eligible for this freebie.

Nella mia esperienza, un deposito deve essere effettuato tra un omaggio, quindi se non hai effettuato un deposito dopo l'ultimo omaggio non hai diritto a questo omaggio.

Based on what I have read on another thread, it appears you can use two "free chip" no-deposit bonuses between at least one real money deposit. You can always ask Live chat for the answer too. They are super friendly and really knowledgeable :)

Cash bonus is only available to players who have made AT LEAST ONE DEPOSIT in their account
It means exactly what is says, e.g. entitling anyone who *ever* made at least one real money deposit into his or her account to claim the newsletter bonus. In other words, it's the whole life-span of player account that matters, regardless if it's one day or ten years, but not just past 30 days or so.
