She works at a foundry, has for more than 20 years. She smashed her finger inbetween the core boxes on her machine and has to have part of her finger amputated. It was the pointer on her left hand. She is righty thank goodness.

That is really horrible wmmeden. I hope it won't affect her ability to do that job after being there 20 years. The company is paying to take care of it aren't they? Worker's comp? I certainly hope so!

Grazie a tutti voi. Lei è a casa in convalescenza. Dovevano rimuoverlo solo alla prima curva. Sapevo che sarebbe andata bene perché, come ha detto il surfista, è una donna tosta.
