Hi blueday! I today spoke with Trada's support and at first I had those spins declined (I asked them and I was told it was because support had given me a bonus that had welcome bonus code, but I was given it as a complimentary bonus not deposit bonus) so I received the spins at the end. Thank yoU! Also received my Princess Star item so I'm happy!
