Well I'm back....did ya miss me roflmao!!!!! It was a lovely service and I saw family I haven't seen in alot of years. No one in my family down east has seen my son or even met my husband (we've been together ten years). Shows how long it's been since I've been to Nova Scotia eh lol. After the srvice/burial, everyone went to my Uncle's house to share memories, and of course, DRINK BEER!!!! After all we are Canadians (not to mention Nova Scotians lmao). To be honest it was a very healing process. The only problem I had was that I missed my LCB family desperately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's funny how people that you have never even met can be some of the most important people in your life. I am so gald to be home. Thanks so much to everyone for their comforting posts. It made me feel so much better to have you in my heart as I went through this rough time.
Bene, sono tornato... ti sono mancato roflmao!!!!! È stato un servizio adorabile e ho visto una famiglia che non vedevo da molti anni. Nessuno nella mia famiglia nell'est ha visto mio figlio e nemmeno incontrato mio marito (stiamo insieme da dieci anni). Mostra quanto tempo è passato dall'ultima volta che sono stato in Nuova Scozia eh lol. Dopo il servizio/sepoltura, tutti sono andati a casa di mio zio per condividere ricordi e, ovviamente, BERE BIRRA!!!! Dopotutto siamo canadesi (per non parlare dei neo-scozzesi lmao). Ad essere onesti, è stato un processo molto curativo. L'unico problema che ho avuto è che mi mancava disperatamente la mia famiglia LCB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! È divertente come persone che non hai mai nemmeno incontrato possano essere alcune delle persone più importanti della tua vita. Sono così felice di essere a casa. Grazie mille a tutti per i loro post confortanti. Mi ha fatto sentire molto meglio averti nel mio cuore mentre attraversavo questo momento difficile.
