I'm the fatty in my family. 5'5" and 123 lbs. I weigh at least 25 pounds more than my 20yr old daughter, sister and mom. 
I don't like seafood, ice cream, candy or chocolate among a billion other things.
My weight crept up to 134 last year. How did I get down to 104 without trying?

I ate a few one day, even though I don't like candy, and the next day my weight was down a pound. Eh.. water, I'm sure. Ate more the next day and down another pound.
I started buying the 2lb bag and ate normal meals and snacked on Mike and Ikes. Would eat around 40-50 at night.
In 3 months... I lost 30 pounds and was never hungry.
** I put some back on because I was sick of peope saying I was too skinny ( never happens) and having someone finally tell me there were rumors I may have cancer since I looked sickly. Thanks alot.

i would love to lose some weight but i take my vitamans because my calcium amongst other things is low but i see from your post some people can be meanies and dont listen to them,do whats best for you because you are the only 1 that has to look at yourself in the mirror

I don't think there is anyone who is truly happy with their weight. Main thing is for everyone to be happy with themselves and healthy.Non penso che ci sia qualcuno che sia veramente felice del proprio peso. La cosa principale è che tutti siano felici con se stessi e in salute. -

Too cute liquor, maybe a bag of pretzels to go along with it. But since pretzels make you thirsty you are going to need another beer. After you have another beer you realize the pretzels are gone so you break open a can peanuts. Uh oh you might as well drink a 6 pack to get it all in sync!
