Hello Tms11,
Welcome to LCB! Thank you for reaching out to us, and for sharing your experience with our community.
Since your withdrawal has reportedly been pending since 09.07.2026, we understand your frustration, particularly given that you have been contacting them regularly without receiving a clear timeframe.
Before we proceed further, could you please provide us with a few additional details so we can have the full picture of the case:
- What payment method did you choose for the withdrawal?
- Was your account fully verified/KYC approved before you requested the withdrawal?
- Did you use any bonus or promotion when generating the disputed balance?
- What is the current status of the withdrawal in your casino account?
- If available, please provide the withdrawal/request ID or any ticket number associated with the payout.
- Have the casino ever provided you with a specific reason for the delay other than the mentioned technical issues?
Once we have these details, we can better assess the situation and determine the appropriate next step.
Ciao Tms11 ,
Benvenuto/a in LCB!

Hello, I chose bank transfer as a withdrawal. I have been playing at hotslots casino for 3 years and I have never had such a problem before. I have not used a bonus. The status is in progress, but since 09.07.2026. Unfortunately, there is no ID. I did not receive any other reason, except that it was a technical problem.
Thank you in advance for your help.
