She lives in southern China and she sure can bend her legs to nearly any part of her body. 
According to the news, she has been doing her morning exercises every day since she retired to keep her fit and healthy...wow!
I hope I will be half flexible as her when I turn her age.

What do you do to keep fit Nan?
I don't particularly do any exercise other than busy chasing after my monkey boy.
Despite the fact that he keeps me busy running around I can't seem to stay fit because every time I get stressed, I have a habit of eating even middle of the late night.
I would love to lose those few annoying pounds.

OOoh - sounds like you're a comfort eater Nan. I'm sure your little monkey does keep you really fit and busy and I remember very well how much hard work young children are.
