I agree, instant coffee is crap)) I also like loose leaf tea. Tea bags are the same as soluble coffee lol

Non mi piace per niente il tè. Non l'ho mai bevuto. Ma adoro il caffè, ma non freddo... Caffè caldo, nero o con molta panna e zucchero, a seconda di come mi sento.

I love both but for me I would have to say tea is my favorite. I usually drink sweet iced tea and end better if it has cream or milk in it. My absolute favorite drink of all time would probably be Thai iced tea bubble tea with tapioca pearls.
Amo entrambi, ma per me direi che il tè è il mio preferito. Di solito bevo tè freddo dolce e finisco meglio se contiene panna o latte. La mia bevanda preferita in assoluto è probabilmente il bubble tea al tè freddo tailandese con perle di tapioca.

I usually only drink hot tea when I am sick but iced tea I will drink anytime. About a year ago I got myself so addicted to gold peak brand sweet tea that I carried a big jug of it around with me everywhere and would even get headaches if I didn't drink any for awhile because I was addicted to the caffeine! I have since kicked that habit and have started only drinking it a couple times a week because I hated the headaches.
Di solito bevo solo tè caldo quando sono malato, ma il tè freddo lo bevo sempre. Circa un anno fa sono diventato così dipendente dal tè dolce della marca Gold Peak che ne portavo sempre una grande brocca con me e mi veniva persino il mal di testa se non ne bevevo per un po' perché ero dipendente dalla caffeina! Da allora ho abbandonato quell'abitudine e ho iniziato a berlo solo un paio di volte a settimana perché odiavo il mal di testa.

I'm a botanist and I specialize in foraging for natural medicine in herbs, roots, leaves, etc. I also grow my own camellia sinensis (the tree that black, white, and green teas come from), and process it into green and black teas. Sometimes I use my herbs and things to make a tea blend. I have one for just about everything. Anxiety, tummyaches, allergies, headaches, flu/cold, prep and post workout, energy, sleep, blood pressure, hypo/hyperglycemia, fertility/vitality, pain relief, and the list goes on and on, lol. So
Tl;Dr I'm a tea kinda girl, but I do love super dark roast coffee as well.

Quindi.
In breve, io sono una tipa da tè, ma adoro anche il caffè tostato molto scuro.
